What do I get with an "Expanded" Plan?

* "Expanded" plans have no fixed amount of quota, however do have restrictions on what traffic can be transmitted by the user and are subject to traffic prioritization.

ITG Internet is pleased to officially release our naked ADSL plan.

ULL ADSL2 Naked services can now be ordered as either a New Naked Existing service, or as a New Naked Churn order

A New Naked Existing order is when a customer has a working Telstra-based PSTN voice service installed and sacrifices this line to have a ULL ADSL2 Naked service provisioned. This process takes 12-14 days.

Once ULL ADSL2 Naked is installed using the New Naked Existing order process, the end user’s voice service will be disconnected. They will not be able to use any services that require a dial tone to operate. This includes fax, back to base alarm, PABX. The service number is also locked in quarantine and can not be reactivated after the order has been completed.

A New Naked Churn order is when an end user has a working Optus ULL-based ADSL2 service installed from another provider and churns this service into ITG Internet. This process takes 4-10 days

• You have the option of choosing extra data once the Monthly Allowance has been used and is charged at $6 per GB, in GB allotments.
• Speed is reduced to 72 kbps once the Monthly Allowance is reached and is reduced in both directions.
• Data usage is counted for downloaded and uploaded in both directions for total amount included.
• Peak Allowance time is 08:00 to 01:00 and Offer Peak Allowance time is 01:00 – 08:00 (AEST)
• All ADSL plans are provided as Internet Grade “Best Efforts” services and are shown in downstream/upstream format and speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment.
• AUP may be enforced if it shown that an individual service is impacting on quality of Network, Abuse, or in breach of material terms.
